  • Because our baked goods are handcrafted in small batches using traditional family recipes, all items are final sale. We take immense pride in the quality and freshness of every cookie and treat that leaves our kitchen.

• Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If there is an issue with your local delivery or pickup order (such as damaged items or an incorrect box), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the items. We will gladly review it and arrange a replacement or store credit.

• Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Need to modify or cancel your order? Please reach out to us at least 24 hours before your scheduled local delivery or pickup time so we can adjust our baking schedule.
